1. Who we are

2. How a contract is formed

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Payment being taken is not acceptance. A contract is formed only when we email you to confirm your order has been sent to production. If we cannot fulfil an order we will refund you in full.

3. Prices

Prices are in pounds sterling and include all applicable taxes. Delivery is charged separately unless your order qualifies for free delivery — see Delivery.

We are not currently registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged and no VAT invoice can be issued.

We try to price accurately. If we discover a genuine error before your order is sent to production, we will contact you and you may confirm at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.

4. Made to order

Every garment is printed to order by a UK production partner. Nothing is held in stock. This does not affect your cancellation rights — see Returns and Cancellation.

5. Your legal rights

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. Nothing in these terms affects those rights.

6. Our liability

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

7. Events outside our control

We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including production partner failure and carrier disruption. We will tell you and you may cancel for a full refund if the delay is substantial.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. If you live elsewhere in the UK you may bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction.

9. Free delivery threshold

Orders of £45.00 or more qualify for free UK delivery. The threshold is applied after any discount.
