Returns and Cancellation

Your 14-day right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you may cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day after delivery. You do not need to give a reason.

This right applies even though our garments are printed to order. Some print-on-demand sellers claim a made-to-order exemption. We do not, because we do not believe it applies: you chose a stock design in a stock size and specified nothing yourself. The exemption in the Regulations is for genuinely personalised goods.

How to cancel

Email [email protected] with your order number within the 14-day window. A clear statement is enough — you do not have to use a particular form.

Send the item back within 14 days of telling us. You pay the return postage unless the item is faulty or not as described. Get proof of posting; until it reaches us it remains your responsibility.

Condition

Items must be unworn, unwashed and in a resaleable condition with any tags attached. You may handle an item as you would in a shop. If it comes back worn or washed we may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value.

Refunds

We refund within 14 days of receiving the item back — or, if sooner, 14 days after you provide proof of posting. The refund goes to the original payment method and includes standard outbound delivery, if you paid it.

If you chose a more expensive delivery option than our standard, we refund the standard amount only.

Faulty or wrong items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or is not what you ordered, email [email protected] with your order number and a photograph. We will replace it or refund you in full, including return postage. This is separate from and in addition to the 14-day cancellation right.

Before you order — please check the size guide

Every garment is printed individually and cannot be resold, so a return costs us the full price of the item. We would much rather you got the size right first time. The size guide has real measurements taken flat — take two minutes over it.
